# Privacy policy — Hide Rutube Recommendations (Скрыть рекомендации Rutube)

The extension hides recommended videos on the rutube.ru video page and, if you turn on its second switch, the feed on the rutube.ru home page. It has no server, no account, no analytics and no ads.

**What it reads.** Nothing from the page. It runs only on rutube.ru: a style sheet hides the recommendation blocks by their markup, and a small script switches a class on the page root when you flip a switch, and hands the style sheet the text of the «feed is hidden» line. The extension does not run on any other site.

**What is sent outside your browser.** Nothing. The extension makes no network requests and downloads no rules.

**What is stored, only on this device.** Two values in `browser.storage.local`: whether hiding on the video page is on, and whether hiding the home page feed is on.

**Removing data.** Removing the extension deletes the stored values.

**What is never collected:** personal data, browsing history, what you watch or search for, analytics, advertising identifiers. Nothing is sold or shared with the author or anyone else.
